Everyone always wants to eat healthier, be healthier, at least in theory. They like to talk about it but generally don't follow through. I'm going to set the bar a little bit lower and then hobble over it. I'm going to live healthy...ish. You are going to see it.

12/20/11 - 246 lbs (switchin' to Tuesday weigh-ins because of how it works with my job)
