Everyone always wants to eat healthier, be healthier, at least in theory. They like to talk about it but generally don't follow through. I'm going to set the bar a little bit lower and then hobble over it. I'm going to live healthy...ish. You are going to see it.

Food Journal 12/17/11
Breakfast - Shake (250 calories)
Lunch - An Hungarian (200 calories)
Dinner - Warholian Polenta with Ham & Cheese (650 calories)
Snacking on the Polenta and Chips while it was cooking (400 ish calories)
